UDON NOODLES

UDON NOODLES WITH BROILED
SALMON AND NORI

Ingredients:
Udon noodles 200 gr
Dashi stock 250 gr
Salmon fillet 2 x 50 gr
Teriyaki sauce 3 cl
Nori sheet 1 ea
Condiment:
Tongarashi 5 gr

1. Heat noodles in boiling water and place in the bowl
2. Heat dashi stock and pour over the noodles
3. Marinate salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce, pan-fry and arrange on top of the noodles
4. Cut nori sheet into 1 cm strips and garnish on top
