Seperti di Sukabumi disebut begitu karena bentuknya menyerupai Etem yakni alat pemotong padi disawah. Ada juga yang menyebut ikan Semar, karena bentuknya juga mirip2 tokoh karismatik pewayangan tersebut. Ada yang tau gak kenapa di pasar Tenabang disebut ikan Enja enja? Ayoo Lanjutkan!!!</div>

Ikan laut pipih yang dagingnya kenyal rendah kolesterol lagi. Inget dulu 1972 asal datang ke Sukabumi selalu dihidangkan ikan cue dari pasar Jalan Pelabuhan. Klo pas lagi musim Etem, bisa ngabisin 3 ekor dimakan smp ke tulang2nya tuh. Nuhun Enin!</h3>

Gak maksud nyombong lho, klo kami bangga atas kehadiran kembali neng Icha di Raisone. Ngomong2, ternyata ayahnya berasal dan domisili di Cisauk Tangerang. Salah satu kawasan yang belum pernah terjamah, entah juga karena lokasinya nyempil di pertigaan Serpong arah ke Gunung Sindur itu ya? Kecuali duluuuu 1985 pernah ikutan bersama grup RAPI kawal rombongan gerak jalan dari Seskoad Bandung dalam rangka Hari ABRI yang lagi napak tilas perjalanan jurit malam dari Taman Seribu Serpong melalui Cisauk kearah Legok. Tapi kan saat itu malam hari jaba neng Icha juga belum lahir lagih.<br />

Tapi entah juga klo neng Icha mau antarkan abah sowan ke dik Bambang Irianto, Camat Cisauk yang semasa SMEA kelas 2 di Jakarta ikutan Uwo menjahitkan popok&#160; Arief semasa 1974 di Menteng Pulo&#160; itu.&#160; Moga aja Ade mau antar neng Icha merintis jalan ke Cisauk, make Thunder 250 nya yang berderum.

Alhamdulillah. Sore ini datang lagi neng Nissa narasumber utama dari pembangunan blog ini yang tadinya dikandung maksud buat melestarikan kumpulan ilmu kuisin yang diperolehnya selama dara "macan shalihah" ini PKL di Grand Hyatt Jakarta, sejak setahun yang lalu. Pada saat itu, dara yang berbusana muslimah serba putih ini datang ke warnet Raisone buat membikin makalah sehubungan dengan kegiatan PKL nya itu. Berbekal flashdish yang berisi pics cemerlang dan kumpulan tulisan resep berbasis MS_Word yang sayangnya bereksensen docx yang gak bisa dibuka di pc kami yang MS-Word bereksensen doc. Makanya diawal blog ini gak ada resep hanya resensi kuisin doangan. Untungnya bisa dilengkapi dengan sejumlah pics cuisine dan craft yang menyertainya sehingga tampilan bisa asyik pisan. Waktu itu dah disarankan kepada neng Icha agar kumpulan bahan2nya direkam di blog agar ilmu yang cantik itu bisa juga dinikmati dan didalami oleh siapa saja. Sayangnya waktu itu neng Icha kurang punya waktu buat belajar membangun dan mengelola blog. Makanya diam2 dibangunlah blog ini. Dengan harapan suatu waktu ketika akan ada jodoh jumpa bisa dibicarakan dan dimintakan ijinnya. Ini perlu, karena narasumber ini selain dari keluarga teman masa kecil (Alm Harun dan alm Arifin Lubis itu selain sesama aktivis muda di kawasan Kebon Kacang, juga pernah sesama teman kerja di PN Garuda Indonesia di tahun 1969), ini kan sesuatu hasil karya cipta intelektuil yang kudu dihargai dan dicermati dengan baik dan benar lho. Setidaknya sesekali cobalah buat satu senyuman manis merekah ngapah.<br />

Rujak adalah salad khas Indonesia. yang bikin rujak saya special adalah karena kacangnya kacang panggang bukan kacang goreng minyak atau sangrai. silakan mencoba resep saya. semoga pas di lidah dan ketagihan.<br />

kabar-kabar rasa rujaknya ya..<br />
<br />
Ingredients:<br />
Bahan bumbu:<br />
- Kacang tanah panggang (Dua Kelinci atau Garuda)<br />
- Gula merah<br />
- Cabai rawit sesuai selera<br />
- Air asem matang atau asem kawak (asam Jawa yang diawetkan) dua sendok makan<br />
- Garam secukupnya<br />
<br />
Buah (semua dipotong dengan ukuran sedang):<br />
- Mentimun muda<br />
- Kedondong tua<br />
- Nanas matang<br />
- Bangkuang segar<br />
- Jambu monyet tua (jambu yang tua bukan monyetnya…)<br />
- Jeruk bali matang<br />
- Buah jamblang merah atau putih<br />
(Silakan tambahkan buah apa saja yang Anda suka)<br />

Directions:<br />
Cara membuatnya:<br />
- Haluskan dulu kacang tanah panggangnya sampai halus.<br />
- Tambahkan gula merah dan garam<br />
- Masukkan dua sendok makan air asem kawak<br />
- Masukkan biji mentimun untuk mengencerkan bumbunya, tidak perlu menambahkan air lagi.<br />
- Uleg lagi hingga tercampur rata.<br />

Ingredients:<br />

l l/2 cups granulated sugar<br />
l cup all-purpose flour<br />
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa<br />
2 teaspoons baking powder<br />
l teaspoon baking soda<br />
l/4 teaspoon salt<br />
4 eggs, separated<br />
2 egg whites<br />
3/4 cup vegetable oil<br />
l/2 cup water<br />
l teaspoon vanilla extract<br />

Directions:<br />
<br />
Sift together l cup sugar, the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.<br />
<br />
In the large bowl of an electric mixer, with paddle or beaters, beat the egg yolks at high speed. Turn speed to low and pour in the oil, water and vanilla. Gradually add the sifted ingredients, and when almost<br />
incorporated, turn speed to medium, and beat until well combined. Remove bowl from machine.<br />
<br />
In another clean large bowl, with whip or beaters, whip the 6 egg whites until soft peaks form. Start on medium speed and raise speed as peaks begin to form. Gradually pour in the remaining l/2 cup sugar and whip until whites are shiny and firm but not stiff. With a rubber spatula, fold l/4 of the whites into the chocolate mixture, then scrape the chocolate mixture back into the whites, quickly folding until<br />
completely incorporated.<br />
<br />
Scrape the mixture into a greased and floured half-sheet pan and bake until edges of the cake pull away from the pan and a tester, gently inserted into the cake, comes out clean.<br />
Caramel Apple Cake<br />
Ingredients:<br />
<br />
1/2 cup soft margarine or butter<br />
1 cup sugar<br />
2 eggs<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla<br />
2 cups flour<br />
1 teaspoon baking powder<br />
1 teaspoon baking soda<br />
1/4 teaspoon salt<br />
1 cup sour cream<br />
2 cups diced peeled apples<br />
1/2 package toffee bits<br />
<br />
Topping:<br />
<br />
1/3 cup flour<br />
2 tablespoons brown sugar<br />
1/4 cup margarine or butter<br />
1/2 package toffee bits<br />
1/2 cup white chocolate chips<br />
Directions:<br />
<br />
In a large bowl, cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.<br />
<br />
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, making 3 dry and 2 liquid additions.<br />
<br />
Fold in apples and toffee bits. Spread batter evenly in greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan.<br />
<br />
Topping:<br />
Combine flour, brown sugar and margarine. Mix until crumbly. Stir in toffee bits and white chocolate chips. Sprinkle evenly over batter.Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.<br />
